Thomas McConkie

Thomas most recently returned from living and working in Shanghai, China, where he spent a total of 4 years.While in Asia, he consulted with numerous Fortune 500 companies on sustainability, specializing in supply chain and human rights issues. Before moving to Asia, he lived in Spain working as a translator. In 2012, Thomas co-founded a non-profit organization, All of Life, whose mission is to promote a more integrative approach to mental health and greater well-being in our communities. Thomas is proficient in Mandarin, Spanish, and holds a degree in English Literature. He is extensively trained in Integral Theory, Organizational Development, Developmental Psychology and has been practicing mindfulness daily for over 15 years. He is currently serving as a member of the faculty in Pacific Integral’s acclaimed “Generating Transformative Change” program and is the Executive Director of the IPP institute.

Thomas serves on the Facilitation Council and is the steward of the Awareness and Life Practices Network and the Young Adult Integral Community Network.
